Brian Donofrio

Director of Integrated Performance

As an Integrated Performance Specialist and Strength and Conditioning Coach, Brian oversees the growth and training of our ATP Stamford, CT facility. Brian primarily designs and implements performance training, rehabilitative, and body recomposition systems for High School, College, and Professional athletes, 90% of those being baseball players.

Integrated Performance Training: A blended approach of training, rehab, and movement to develop strong, stable, powerful, and resilient athletes.  Our initial assessment identifies movement, orthopedic and metric-driven limitations which allow our staff to design a comprehensive training plan to guide our athletes to reach their goals.

Taylor Benson

Integrated Performance Therapist

Taylor is an Integrated Performance Therapist who has been working with athletes since 2017. She offers one-on-one sessions, providing manual treatment and soft tissue work to reduce pain and rehabilitate post-surgical and post-injury athletes. Her focus is on strengthening the body and correcting movement limitations to prevent future injuries.

Taylor is a Licensed Athletic Trainer, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms), and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Her orthopedic background, along with her current ortho, movement and western-based therapy styles, allow her to assess and treat her athletes appropriately. She uses the best combination of modalities, on and off the table, to get her athletes out of pain and performing at a high level in the shortest period of time possible. Some of these modalities include dry needling, cupping, joint mobilization, myo-fascial release, manual soft tissue work, FRC techniques, breathing exercises, movement and strength training. From post-surgical rehab programs to elite level training.

Kevin Murat

Integrated Performance Therapist

As an Integrated Performance Therapist, Kevin is a Licensed Chiropractor and Athletic Trainer. Kevin provides treatment and rehabilitation to allow athletes with high-performance goals to move pain-free while enhancing sports performance. Kevin primarily provides care at our ATP Stamford, CT facility.

Integrated Performance Therapy:

Sessions vary based on performance goals and injuries. Some sessions may look and feel like an hour-long massage while others may look and feel like a personal training session. Our goal is to get you moving pain-free and reaching your performance goals. To accomplish this we are always trying to progress people toward movement and strength training.  Tools utilized depend on the therapist and may include: Dry Needling, Cupping, Joint Manipulation, Massage, Self-Myofascial Release, Stretching, and Movement Training.

Matt Rieger

Integrated Mental Performance Coach

Mental performance is training to improve your mindset in all aspects of life, including sports. Everything we do in life requires execution which can be enhanced with mental performance training. It allows you to perform optimally regardless of the circumstances or situations you are in. Although there are numerous reasons someone may start mental performance sessions, examples of common topics are: overthinking, self-talk, confidence, anxiety, and the yips. During sessions, the athlete and mental performance coach work together to personalize different techniques such as process/routine orientation, visualization, breathing techniques, and reframing to fit the athletes’ needs.

Ryan Jarnutowski

Integrated Performance Coach

As an Integrated Performance Specialist Ryan works with athletes on developing movement patterns in the gym that will then carry over to their specific sport. We use an initial assessment to guide us towards what all of our athletes need to focus most on to help drive their performance while staying healthy and challenging their limits.

Integrated Performance Training:

A blended approach of training, rehab, and movement to develop strong, stable, powerful and resilient athletes.  Our initial assessment identifies movement, orthopedic and metric driven limitations which allows our staff to design a comprehensive training plan to guide our athletes to reach their goals.

Luke Dawson

Integrated Throwing Coordinator

Integrated Throwing works to help bridge the gap between hard work in the weight room and performance on the field. Our goal is to have each athlete throwing pain-free and help them reach their peak potential of velocity and performance on the mound or as a thrower in the field.

Every athlete will have their body movements and their mechanical movements as a thrower analyzed in order to figure out their optimal authentic throwing mechanics. Analyzing the movements and mechanics of each athlete will allow us to find the proper pre & post-throwing routine, throwing drills, and a plan for how to structure the volume and intensity of their throwing.

Troy Scribner

Remote Throwing Program Coordinator
As remote throwing program coordinator Troy uses his wealth of experience as a former professional pitcher to develop and optimize our athletes. Every athlete will have their throwing movements analyzed by Troy in order to figure out their optimal authentic throwing mechanics. Everything from creating healthier throwing movements to steer clear of injury to maximizing velocity output and even addressing the mental approach to the game will be covered in the program. Being a “remote” throwing program, we rely on Troy communicating closely with each athlete so that their needs are met every step of the way. As part of the remote throwing program we offer weekly conference calls with Troy so that athletes can check in periodically and make sure that they are on the right track.
