1-ON-1 INTEGRATED PERFORMANCE THERAPY
Integrated Performance Therapy Sessions are one-on-one and last 60-minutes. These sessions are driven by each client’s “ATP Movement, Orthopedic and Performance Screen”, injury history, and goals. Sessions are customized to get each client the maximum results in the shortest amount of time.
Sessions vary based on performance goals and injuries. Some sessions may look and feel like an hour-long massage while others may look and feel like a personal training session. Our goal is to get you moving pain-free and reaching your performance goals, so we are always trying to progress people towards movement and strength training. Tools utilized in these sessions vary depending on the coach or therapist and may include Cupping, Dry Needling, Manipulation, Massage, Movement Training, Self-Myofasical Release, Stretching, Strength, Speed, and Power Training.

Integrated Throwing Programming
Every athlete will have their body movements and their mechanical movements as a thrower analyzed in order to figure out their optimal authentic throwing mechanics. Analyzing the movements and mechanics of each athlete will allow us to find the proper pre & post throwing routine, throwing drills, and a plan for how to structure the volume and intensity of their throwing.
Integrated Throwing Coordinator Luke Dawson is also well versed in pitch data and metrics and often utilizes Trackman pitch tracking technology to help advanced pitchers tailor their repertoire to help create the best possible offerings.

What our clients are saying

Josiah Gray
MLB Starting Pitcher
Washington Nationals
ATP Athlete Since 2018
In my time using the ATP team, I've seen immense growth in myself as a baseball player along with as a person. I've been able to gain 9mph in my fastball and maintain mid-90s velocity on the mound deep in starts. My reverse lunge, deadlift, and countless other training numbers have gone up which has given me the opportunity to start my journey to the MLB.
This training has helped me learn about myself more than ever and has granted me countless opportunities.

Jake Walkinshaw
Pitcher, Oakland Athletics Organization
ATP Athlete Since 2017
I began working with the ATP staff for my Tommy John Rehabilitation. During my rehab, I was able to add 15 pounds of muscle, 100 lbs to my deadlift, and correct my poor movement patterns all while receiving incredible physical therapy for my elbow. 11 months after my surgery I was back healthy pitching in NCAA competition with my velocity reaching the mid-90s. I have continued to train with and be treated by the ATP staff every off-season since I was drafted in 2019. From the day I walked into ATP It was clear how much they cared about their athletes’ well-being and because of that, there is no one else I’d trust more to help me reach my career goals.

Samuel Stafura
Clemson baseball Commit
ATP Athlete since 2020
Joining ATP has easily been one of the best decisions of my life. I have been training at ATP since I was a sophomore and the progress I’ve made since then has been life-changing. The atmosphere is like none other but most importantly the trainers and entire ATP staff is amazing. They genuinely care about you and do everything in their ability to help you develop as a person and player.
In the last 3 years, I’ve added 20mph to my exit Velo (now 100mph+), my 60-yard dash has dropped from a 7.1 to 6.42, and my throwing velocity is up 25mph now touching 95mph. This was made possible by ATP’s fully personalized training to support my needs and goals.
I can’t thank ATP enough for everything they’ve done for me in the past few years. If you are looking to take your baseball career to the next level, I strongly encourage you to join the ATP family.
