About Integrated Performance Training
Get the maximum results in the shortest amount of time.
Our Semi-Private Integrated Performance Training sessions are individualized performance training appointments that range from 30 minutes to 2-hours depending on the goals of the individual. These sessions are completed in an “open gym” format with individualized programming and constant coaching throughout each session. Semi-Private training is targeted for athletes and healthy clientele who wish to take their performance and health goals into their own hands.
Focus on your Improvement

These sessions offer the highest level of coaching and programming, but significantly bring the price down from private training. Prior to training sessions, each client is taken through our “ATP Movement, Orthopedic and Performance Screen”, injury history, and goals setting session. Tools utilized in these sessions may include Movement Training, Self-Myofasical Release, Stretching, Strength, Speed, and Power Training.
