90 MPH FORMULA REMOTE Programming
In today’s game, throwing 90 MPH is below average, and judging from the past few years, there’s no sign of slowing down. Major league players today are more athletic and explosive than ever before.
You don’t have to be a crazy good athlete, the biggest player on your team, or have the best genetics in the world to reach your dreams – you just need to be ready to work.

Remote Throwing Platform
Built by licensed performance therapists, sports performance coaches, and professional throwing coaches including former Big Leaguer Troy Scribner. This program is designed to help both pitchers and position players reach their arm’s full potential without the fear of getting injured and missing precious games in front of coaches and scouts.
And just like the 90MPH Formula Remote Programming System, the customized workouts update every 4 weeks and adapt to exactly where you are in your season and personal development.


Functional Range Conditioning
A training system based on the principles of Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), which is a system of joint health optimization based on scientific principles and research. We focus on improving and strengthening USEABLE joint ranges; regardless if you play a specific sport, recovering from an injury, or just want stronger, healthier joints!
Who should do this program?
Do I need equipment or access to a gym?
No you do not! You can do this program anywhere you have an internet connection and a little bit of space. Fun equipment to have, but not required: 2-4 regular size yoga blocks, A yoga mat, 1-2 tennis balls (or similar), stretching/ resistance bands, PVC, small ankle/hand weights- these props allow for great feedback and creating tension.

I began working with the ATP staff for my Tommy John Rehabilitation. During my rehab, I was able to add 15 pounds of muscle, 100 lbs to my deadlift, and correct my poor movement patterns all while receiving incredible physical therapy for my elbow. 11 months after my surgery I was back healthy pitching in NCAA competition with my velocity reaching the mid-90s. I have continued to train with and be treated by the ATP staff every off-season since I was drafted in 2019. Joining ATP has easily been one of the best decisions of my life. I have been training at ATP since I was a sophomore and the progress I’ve made since then has been life-changing.
