ATP gave me the tools to succeed at the highest level. Their expertise in strength and mindset prepared me for the challenges of the big leagues, and their support pushed me to be my best not only as an athlete, but as a person as well.

Before I started at ATP, I was injured, had low confidence, and had a high era. ATP helped me get stronger not only physically, but mentally as well. They helped my personal records in the gym skyrocket, as well as helping me gain a better mind set when I step on the mound. With ATP my recovery time for my ucl strain only took a couple months vs 1 year without ATP. When I started at ATP I was only throwing high mid to high 70’s but as I kept training with ATP, my velocity jumped from 79 to 91 in 1 year and my era dropped from upper 3 to 1.06. I want to thank ATP for helping me succeed in this game.

My experience with ATP has been nothing but positives. Ever since the fall of my freshman year of high school, they’ve done nothing but guide me and help me get to where I am today. The culture at ATP is amazing, surrounding yourself with people who have the same goals as you is nothing but motivating while working out and getting your throwing in. The doctors there are phenomenal too, helping you address and solve whatever pains and aches you may be feeling from your training or throwing. All of it is nothing but great and I wouldn’t be where I am today without them!

Before working at ATP I was a light and skinny kid, who was adjusting to a growth spurt. With the care and passion from the coaches/trainers I was able to gain around 80 pounds, become stronger, more flexible, faster, and an overall better athlete. The combination of speed training and lifting at ATP, makes it such a great place to train. For all of the lost athletes out there, joining ATP is a no brainer. If not for the high quality lifting, join for the sense of family and community you get (from the coaches and from the other athletes). I have not only molded myself into a better player at ATP, but I have also created friendships that will last a lifetime.

When I first came to ATP I was underweight, undersized, and lacked strength. ATP helped me gain strength, assist in weight gain process, and boost all 90 mph formula, velocity, exit velo metrics, and mental strength. All of this contributed to my college commitment in September of 2024, just over 1 year after joining ATP.
Hit 90mph formula within 6 months of arriving and loved working with Taylor.

I came to ATP 6 years ago after getting surgery my freshman year of high school, looking to get the right rehab and training programs to keep me healthy. Between the training and treatment from Taylor and the staff, I’ve become a stronger, healthier, and smarter athlete. ATP has been a driving force in helping me compete at the collegiate level and achieve my athletic goals.”
- Right and left hip surgery, R shoulder surgery
- One-on-one integrated performance therapy sessions for 7 years

College outfielder at Wesleyan University
I came to ATP as an undersized high schooler with dreams of playing Division I baseball. Within just six months, my work in the weight room led to a 35-pound increase in bodyweight (155 → 190 lbs) and a 7 mph jump in fastball velocity (80 → 87 mph). That improvement helped me commit to my dream school, Dartmouth College, where I played four years of Ivy League baseball while earning my degree.
During my offseasons at Dartmouth, I continued training with ATP, eventually reaching career highs of 220 lbs and 93 mph. Those gains opened the door for me to achieve another lifelong dream: playing Power 4 baseball at the University of Notre Dame, where I competed in the ACC while pursuing my master’s degree.
I am beyond grateful for the more than seven years I’ve spent with ATP’s talented and caring staff. They’ve not only helped me become the player I am today, but also supported me as true friends.
